We strive for accurate descriptions of all products. However, colors and materials may vary slightly due to monitor settings and production variations.

    2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollar . Payment can be made via Paypal , Visa cards, American Express, Apple pay , Meta pay , Google pay , Discover , Mastercard , Diners Clube , Shop pay . Prices are subject to change without notice.

   3. Returns and Refunds

  1. Damaged Items: We accept refund requests for items that arrive damaged. To initiate a refund, please send us clear pictures of the damage within 3 days of receipt at hnnwazani@gmail.com.
  2. Incorrect Shipping Address: We do not provide refunds for items returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid any issue 

     4. User conduct

Customers are expected to treat our team and community members with respect. Harassment or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

   5. Limitations of liability 

Art By Hanan is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
